Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.

Sam did a great job sorting out several tasks that had been left undone (or done badly) by the carpenter who worked on our extension. Totally professional, quick, outstanding workmanship and a thoroughly nice guy. Highly recommended.

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

Excellent service. Did exactly as quoted and to qouted price. Took lots of pictures of before and after during the work and then showed me afterwards to see what they had actually done. Cleaned up after themselves and left everywhere tidy. Very pleased would recommend to anyone.

Clear communications from initial call through to completed job. Best quote by a country mile, and the job was carried out quickly and to a high standard. I hope I won't need any further tiles replacing on my roof, but if I do I'll be giving this company a call again. Highly recommended. I wish all my dealings with tradesmen were this good! Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards.
