Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.
A very professional tradesmen, He was friendly, worked very cleanly kept me informed all the way. As I women on my own in the house I felt very comfortable in his company. The work he did is fantastic he exceeded what we were expecting so much so we asked him if he had time to complete another small project which he did brilliantly. Recommended. Ben is hard working, punctual, reliable and the quality of his work is very good. He and Tony turned up on time and did our ceiling in the timescale and price he said he would. They tidied away at the end of the day. We had him back shortly after to plasterboard and skim our fireplace and again a very pleasant experience. Price quoted was competitive. A trustworthy chap, we would use again.
