james and his crew worked like trojans to clear the trees and dispose of the spoils-even starting in the rain with no complaints-i asked for extra work to be done and with no complaint they took it in their stride-payment for this being a couple of hot cross buns and diet coke !!-i was going to have the stumps grinded out but james and his trusty 2 ton digger ripped them out-leaving the ground flat and virtually ready for turfing-they even knocked down a wall and levelled the site-5 stars are not enough!!

They said the work would be £14000,if we paid cash it would be £9500 we paid in cash, they did not give us any paperwork to show what work was to be done, notator show we paid them, they said we had a 4 year warranty, They did not finish the work, on the part of the roof they replaced we still have a leak, we have no contact with them. The ripped us off can’t not get any help, be careful

Gary and his team have done a fantastic job installing a new roof, fitting new guttering, along with sofits and facias, His quote was the best value and most honest from the many we had, Gary kept us informed of the progress throughout the installation, he kept his work area tidy and left no mess when the job was completed. Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

The report by Tailormade has helped get the original work repaired shortly and I will certainly get another opinion after the repair has been done to find out if Roofmagic had done a better job second time around.
