Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse

It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Top Tier were great. They were 100% reliable, turning up exactly when they said they would. I couldn’t afford their quote but they were excellent at problem resolution, and managed to work with my budget. They left everything clean like you wouldn’t know they had been. Communication was excellent throughout, with a comprehensive video log of everything done. It is so rare to find trades that are completely trustworthy and reliable. I would strongly recommend.
