I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room. Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it!
