The building was constructed to a very high standard and finish, with a number of exposed/natural materials. Minor changes were never an issue and no request was too big. We are very happy with the works and would be more than happy to recommend for further works.

Darren sanded, repaired and applied protective oil to my wooden deck. He has done an excellent job and I would strongly recommend him. He worked professionally and on budget.

We were delighted with the work that Chris and his team did with our front garden. Chris impressed from the first time we met him with his knowledge and attention to detail, and he really helped us to refine our ideas, offering useful suggestions throughout the design phase. The work was completed quickly and with very minimal disruption and we are really happy with the end result - we now have the smartest looking house on the street, rather than the scruffiest as it was previously!

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! Nick and Stefan from N.B. Building services are a real find on this site. Their work ethic was fantastic - in the worst weather we've had for years - non stop rain, they completed my porch to an excellent standard whilst finishing in a short timeframe. They were great value for money and their work is of very high quality. There is no doubt I will use their services again. I have no hesitation in recommending them to other users of this site. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

Quite simply the best! Stan's work is top quality. He completed my flooring (tiling and wooden floor sanding) to an exceptionally high standard. His work was so good, I asked him to stay longer and also complete my downstairs bathroom, kitchen and also a number of other decorating jobs in the house. I trusted him so much, I left him my keys, went on holiday and came back to a beautiful home. He knows a great deal, takes huge pride in his work. I would recommend Stan to everyone I know!

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.
