Handyman- A person who is capable of doing odd jobs and domestic repairs. Sam doesn’t fit the description….. He is so much more! Today I had the pleasure of meeting a real gentleman. Kind, curteous and professional in his attention to detail. Sam put up 5 heavy oak shelves, with metal brackets in the kitchen. Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
