We have our own architects and structural engineers who provide all the required details for extensions, conversions and new builds. APL also organise all site visits with building inspectors to give customers peace of mind and a hassle free service. At M&A we use our own 3D CAD system in order to design any new kitchens we are to supply and install, we can include these in to Architecht plans to give you a visual of the room once completed. All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
We used Oliver when having a new kitchen fitted last week to install down lights in the ceiling, a new oven and sockets. He came and looked at the job and explained all the work required to bring us up to current regulations. His price was very reasonable (middle one of the quotes we had) so we gave him the go ahead. Oliver came and installed new cables and arranged with the kitchen fitter when a convenient time would be once the cabinets were fitted for him to come back and install the oven. We found him to be very polite, punctual and clean in his work. We would have no problem in recommending him to anyone and hope to use him again soon
