I always worry when hiring someone to do work in my home. I need not have worried here. A very professional 'hotel' finish. Excellent quality work. He arrived when he said he would. All work was professionally quoted. Good value for money too. I will be hiring Ceramicals to do my other bathroom! Highly recommended!

Quick and efficient and a job well done fitting skirting board to our irregular shaped walls. Kim and co were friendly and quickly came back to fix something that needed attention a couple of weeks after the job had been completed and payment had been made. Would use again - thank you!

I had been let down by another tiler and Kieran came to the rescue at late notice. Provided a good quality service and communicated well to all enquiries. Completed kitchen diner, hallway and bathroom tiling in good time and at a good price. Would definitely use again.

Completed 30square metres of floor tiling, also laid the under floor heating for us... All round great service, got in contact quickly and came out and quoted at a fair price. Turned up when he said he would, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend and will use again!

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. We are really pleased to have used Rated People.com where we found Andy of Plumb Yorks. He quoted us for a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. Kelvin was polite respectful and considerate towards my elderly mother who the job was being done for. He left her home clean and tidy every evening. The standard of his work is second to none , giving consideration of her needs at all stages of the refurbishment. I would highly recommend him.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.
