Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. And the finish is superb, but just as good is the quality of the pipework craftsmanship under the floors and in the walls - no shortcuts - just quality. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

Mr. Noel Duffy of sapphire home improvement was invited to give us a quote to fix our polycarbonate roof. He provided us with a very competitive quote and carried out the work very efficiently and in good time. He was very thorough, clean & courteous worker. We will not hesitate to contract him again. Graham answered my post promptly, came and quoted a good price and, fixed my roof in a very professional manner, in less than perfect weather conditions. Both he and his mate showed a good knowledge of the task in hand. I will certainly be using his services again.

Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Arrived every day at the time he promised, his work was excellent, cleaned up on completion each day. Have to say Paul is an extremely good tiler, I questioned him about another job I am looking to have done in the near future, Painting and decorating, his response was, give me a ring when I wanted it done. Which I certainly will do.

I had Wojciech repair a persistent bathroom leak, and I’m very impressed! He was punctual, professional, and quickly identified the issue. He explained the repair process clearly and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean afterward. The leak is completely fixed, and the quality of his work is outstanding. Peter did an amazing job with our tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. We had some tricky tiles, with minimal grout, some textured, and including mitred edges, all of which is very unforgiving of any imperfections: Peter’s work was just perfect. It was also completely on schedule, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find good tilers—we have many friends that have had tiling done and none of them could recommend their tiler. We were very lucky to find Peter, and will recommend him without hesitation.

Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. We are over the moon with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Matt or use him again.
