Cutwell tree and landscaping
Best avoided. Agreed a price with Peter for a retaining sleeper wall repair & he started the job at 10am Friday. By 2pm had achieved almost nothing before he attempted to more than double the agreed price. He then snook off & I received a msg that he was 'buying materials' & would return either Sunday or Monday to complete the job. He took everything with him, inc the materials he'd cut for the job - red flag! It's now Wednesday & I've heard nothing since. Complete waste of time.
