Les , advised on a sensible cost effective solution to roof a large glass roofed conservatory , as it is attached to a listed building it took a while before we got the ok to go ahead , Les honoured the original quote and completed the work to a high standard , other possible suppliers did not have the experience/knowledge to suggest and work with us to overcome issues, like all good trades he is very busy and in the current climate patience is required , coffee helps , plus payment promptly ????

Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.
