Can’t recommend Gary enough. He responded to my ad quickly, and arranged to quote and complete the work within a few days. He was prompt, friendly, professional, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. He explained things clearly to me and I won’t be using anyone else in future.

Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...

Excellent service addressing a problem in old properties with innovative solutions and good communication with Bristol Water. Intend to use Andrew for other plumbing jobs in the house shortly now that this supply problem has been fixed. Would recommend without hesitation.

Scott was very friendly and polite. He phoned quite soon after the job was posted and was able to give a very competitive quote the next day. He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Scott turned up on time every day, finished the job to a very high standard, on schedule and even cleaned up after himself! We can't praise his work enough - we are very happy with our new bathroom!

I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. A great guy that turns up when he says he will. Cleans up and did the tasks I required with no problems. Top class and I will use again. Didnt have time to fit a trap but arranged another day and was done within 30 mins.

Andy contacted me within an hour of posting my job on Rated People. I was pleasantly surprised as the job was not high value and in my experience most plumbers just wouldn't bother with something so minor. Andy arrived at the arranged time the following morning, assessed the job, went off to acquire the parts needed, and returned to fit them. All within an hour. Excellent service. He was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

We would definitely recommend this company. Rob came out to do the work on a Sunday as we needed the job doing urgently. He did an excellent job, reasonably priced. He responded quickly with a follow up query which we had after the job had been completed.
