Very pleased with our bathroom and the work DGN did for us, it has been finished to a high standard with good attention to detail. Good value too, Dal was very honest and fair about costs with no nasty surprises. He didn't charge more even though the fitting took longer than expected due to issues with the existing space. We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
