I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! Excellent construction and gardening company. The whole team had exceptional multiple skills and worked fast. The trees were expertly pruned and shaped, the undergrowth cleared and waste removed, paving and fences were power washed, a new bench/box set up, new flowers planted and finally an electrician fitted new outdoor plugs and a light. Everything was completed and cleaned up within 48 hours. A brilliant job and we will commission further work - fully recommended without reservation.

1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Left my property after 10 minutes. Then demanded I pay £80 call out charge, in spite of having done absolutely nothing and arriving 90 mins late. STAY AWAY from Electro Flame.

Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. But, all in all I am happy to recommend Matthew to anyone.
