We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. But even so he was very reasonable and would use him again on the next project!

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

I've been contracted in many reputable areas such as Kingsway and Baker Street, but currently only working within the local area. Offering affordable rates to expand my clientele since leaving my previous firm to work independently. I was at work when James replaced kitchen tap. My wife was very impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness (and she has high standards!). Very pleased with James and his work and I would definately recommend him! What also set James apart from the other tradespeople was his individualised service. He showed me taps to replace my old one and when agreed bought on my behalf and to fit. Removed old tap. I think James is also a general builder so I will look to him for other types of work in future :)
