This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

I did an initial review which was very good but having to change that now. After using the bath when we emptied the water it went all over the floor. I was promised someone would be out within the week to fix it. It has now been over a month, after chasing several times and being told it would be looked into, communication has been ignored completely for several weeks. So we are going to have to get someone else out to fix the job that wasn’t done right in the first place.

We're very happy with the aesthetics, quality of workmanship and resulting shower experience. Jordan consulted appropriately before and during the progress of the works and was courteous throughout. In general Jordan was punctual and always tidied up at the end of each day. I would recommend his services.
