Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very professional, polite and competent. Job was to fit new bath, sink, taps, and vinyl floor in a quite neglected small bathroom for my elderly father in law. Although my job turned out to be more complex and time consuming than originally thought, John found solutions to all the problems and did a great job. I would definitely use the services of Tub Bathrooms again and would recommend them to others.
Overall, very happy with all aspects - Tom responded in a timely fashion, arrived on-time, was friendly & took the time to explain both the contents of the service itself & things to look for in case there's a problem. I would definitely look to use Tom again in the future.
