James was fantastic from start to finish! Gave fantastic advice throughout Which saved us money. James went above and beyond to ensure we got a perfect bathroom. His communication via email or phone was both clear and helpful. We highly recommended James as his professional work ethic cannot be faulted. We will be sure to use him again.

Well I don't really know where to start. So will start with saying how perfect my new room is. John of Denston Building services converted my garage to a additional lounge. John cleverly also managed to fit in a downstairs toilet. Within 4 weeks the job was done. John was reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around. His workmanship is outstanding as he took pride in his work. I would highly recommend John & know I made the right choice. John is easy to get on with & has a great sense of humour. Fab

Beautifully designed kitchen, lovely people, dont think I had his top team. Had to do a lot of tidying up, removing protective edging to units, sanding down and painting round a ceiling light. They had put freezer in incorrectly, screws were too short in a door and it fell apart, a work surface had to be replaced due to warping and the new one is even worse with a chip, a split and pencil marks round it, new garden hose wrecked, used to mix concrete and spade thrown on top, used garden seats as a workbench

We would definitely recommend this company. Rob came out to do the work on a Sunday as we needed the job doing urgently. He did an excellent job, reasonably priced. He responded quickly with a follow up query which we had after the job had been completed.

I am very pleased with the work undertaken. I employed G P General Building Works to replace the wood surround of my up & over garage door and rehang it. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The work was also completed quickly and there was no mess left behind. I would recommend and use them again.

Mike was very responsive, visting my rental property quickly to prepare a quote. He then talked through what was needed with me and we agreed and price. From initial contact to completition took just over week. I have be very impressed with the quality of the work Mike has done and would happily recommend him to others.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really lovely chap, and we'd happily have him back for any other work we may need. Highly recommend him.
