A lot of people will use one if they’re short of time, especially considering that in most cases the cleaner will be able to complete the work without you needing to be there, or having keys to your property.
The other main reason would be accessibility of windows. If you’re not on the ground floor of a building, a professional window cleaner will have ladders (and be able to use them safely), or they’ll have sets of extendable brushes that can be used from the ground.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
