Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Rated people are reviewing the Complaint raised.

Initially, John came, told me what the problem was and repaired it. Initially the repair looked effective, however after a few weeks the same leak reappeared. I messaged Swift as to when he would return to repair the problem properly, he told me within a couple of weeks. That was approx 6 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing.
