I at first thought they'd done a REASONABL job but the finish was not brilliant. As my husband is disabled everything had to be safe and secure. One of the things I stressed was the toilet seat. On first use the seat fell off so I contacted AJR to get a better seat. Tony rang with a price at approx £50 + and I agreed. Since then I've not heard from him. Ben responded very quickly to the posting and on his review of the gate we agreed that repair was not feasible and the solution was to install a new gate. Ben worked hard to build and install a replica of the old gate and I am happy with the end result. I can recommend his craftsmanship in carpentry and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price.
