Hi let me introduce my self and my company. My name is Lee Emerson and i am the managing Director of Emerson Building Contractors. We are a family run company and I have been in the building industry for 30 years working in London on huge site projects which i did love but to now working locally on more personal projects such as single new builds, to extensions. loft conversions and refurbishments. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Terry and Glen laid laminate flooring in our hallway and dining room and floor tiles in the kitchen. we are really pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending TDM to family and friends. we could find no fault with thier workmanship, reliability and the price was reasonable. all in all 100 per cent satisfied with all aspects of the job.
