Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. Would not hesitate to use again.

Seemed good at the time, but all the paint started to peel off in the bedroom and all over the living room ceiling. First signs 1 year in and now in 2021 we’re having to pay to have it all done again.

We used MBBC to build a porch on our house. Robin was great in his comms, from survey through to completion we always knew where we were with him. He has a confidence in his knowledge that really helps to put your mind at ease, even when we discovered a potential problem he came up with a solution really quickly. We’re really pleased with the porch now it’s built. Robin has a good set of guys, hard working and friendly, especially Brett who was on site for the most time.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

If only all tradesmen were like Norman and his team. He turned up when he said he would and kept me in the loop with what he was planning to do and what his team were doing. His team is made up of friendly guys and they've done a great job!

Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.
