The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda

Cookie Construction rebuilt our old garden gate. They were quick to arrange a date, responsive to queries, arrived on time and completed the job to a very high quality, even re-using parts of the old gate to keep costs down and prevent waste. I would definitely hire again

Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

Darren was great, he fixed all the mistakes I had made attempting to put together my sideboard and was efficient. The sideboard was quite tricky but Darren was able to put it together in just over 2 hours, and was knowledgable and happy to help. Would 100% use again.

The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..

Matty done a fantastic job at my property and had it ready in time for my new tenant as promised. He is very polite, punctual, true to his word and knows what he's doing. Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

ASL responded to my query very quickly and came the next day to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and Andy provided plans for the building work we required. They were able to start work within two weeks and helped me to deal with the building regulations side of things. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided an exceptionally professional service. The end result (an extension to our kitchen) was fantastic, and there were no hidden costs in the bill. Overall, I could not recommend ASL more highly. They will be doing all our building work in the future. Thanks Andy!
