Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. Don’t really want to give a star, my budget was under £250 they wanted £350 to clean a gutter less than 10m in length my gutter is still blocked and I’ve had to hire someone else to do the job which cost £60 for the front and the back rather than the rip off £200 I was charged by these guys I won’t be using them or rated people again
