First class service indeed. Came when he said he would to look at the work to be done. Talked me through in plain English what was necessary and gave me a quote which was accepted immediately. He then arrived promptly on the day and carried out the work superbly and cleared everything up so that you hardly knew he's been here. Update to my previous rating. The same leak has returned in the rain, as bad as before. I tried to contact Vincent numerous times. He promised to come and fix it but never actually did and now is ignoring me completely. I will have to pay someone else to fix this a second tiime. Don't use this contractor.
