I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

We wanted a good reliable tradesmen who could give us a good price for the installation of a lantern light window on our flat roof . Not only did SDF flat roofing give us this , but also did an excellent job keeping us informed On the progress of the work , and went that extra mile to complete the work in a professional manner and seem to take pride in what they were doing , We would strongly recommend this company . Very efficient and hard working. Edd took great care to match the new kitchen worktop to the existing one and did a great job. He then cleaned the room thoroughly afterwards.
