Chris contacted me promptly after putting my job ad and offered his availability straight away. I had solid wood flooring to lay on newly built extension, and it needed to fit the old floor. Chris did a great job, showing great carpentry skills, he worked hard over the weekend so I could have the living room sorted. He is very knowledgeable in his trade, I am very happy with his work and I would highly recommend him. Beata , Stevenage

Although only a small job Chris did a great job in my boxing up some pipes in my boys bedroom. He was very helpful in suggestions to the problem and he prices the job very reasonably. I would definitely call upon him again.

i had a leaking gutter and drain pipe was very worried what was involved and cost Steven came explained everything what was involved and the solution . put me to ease was very happy and pleased was bit reluctant as no recommendation on the website but was assured felt they needed a chance. i was happy in my decision in employing them good clean effective job was done also with pride and professionally . happy with the cost would recommend to my friends and family . thank you steve

I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

From the start to finish could not fault the commitment shown by the builder, the quote came in under our budget and work was to a high standard. Always kept us informed on what was going on and when, tidied up as they went and we are more than happy with the final result.

Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! After seeing mine, my sister also wanted her bathroom done too. Finally the charges was very fair and good, compared to others. Highly recommended 5 star

AJ did a great job repairing our shed roof - initially he quoted for replacing the felt but when he inspected he said it could be repaired saving us money. He kept us well informed about the job - we would recommend his company.

Josh and Dale were fantastic! They've built us an amazing patio. Beautiful workmanship, very courteous, value for money and best of all, they listened to us. They genuinely wanted us to be happy and did everything we asked. They went the extra mile on our job and if if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. First class service indeed. Came when he said he would to look at the work to be done. Talked me through in plain English what was necessary and gave me a quote which was accepted immediately. He then arrived promptly on the day and carried out the work superbly and cleared everything up so that you hardly knew he's been here. Really highly recommended and if you have this type of work that needs doing then Lee is your man.
