Arrived on time. Presented himself clearly and politely . On being shown the job he asked a number of clearly expressed questions and made some measurements. I asked a number of questions which were answered precisely. I accepted his quotation and he began the work immediately. This was a very challenging job which had been has been attempted unsuccessfully on two previous occasions by others. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Absolutely delighted with the work Glen has done. Fantastic workmanship. Glen designed a brilliant bed unit which makes great use of an awkward space but has also given additional storage as a result of his design suggestion. Glen is an absolute star and I would highly recommend him.

My working life started when I was 11 where I helped to rebuilt a luscumbe silvare 8e light aircraft and a triumph TR6, at 13 I started working at a family theme park where I undertook maintenance tasks until the age of 19; in this time I worked on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical timer systems. The knowledge I gained was amazing and very interesting. I went to college at the age of 17 where I studied full time as an electrician, plumber, carpenter and electronics engineer, this has allowed my professional career to be an eclectic mix within the construction industry. I rather enjoy doing some intricate work where a high level of detail is required, but I am also happy doing odd small jobs too.

Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! Its fair to say that Rob got us out of a hole as we was left stranded by another carpenter. We was happy with the quote, very quick turn around (next day) and quality of his work. He was proactive and even fix some issues that was not in the original request that he noticed needed doing. Wouldn't hesitate to use Rob again for other projects!
