Matthew came to quote for some fencing work, I was happy with the reviews I’d already read and the price quoted. He was able to come within a few days, materials were ordered by Matthew upfront and delivered, so on the day of the work Matthew and his son could get straight to it. They arrived promptly, did a really good job and left the garden clean and tidy, I’ll certainly use Matthew again and would recommend to friends and family.

Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Turned up on time both days and did a full days work, unlike so many tradesmen I've used in the last 6 months.

I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.

Dennis made from scratch our bespoke door which was exactly what we wanted, although lockdown happened just after ordering it from him, he worked on the door and kept us updated. Very punctual, professional and friendly, we can’t rate him or his work highly enough, the door looks fantastic.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Great value for money and just honest, humorous personalities. Would fully recommend.
