James, was polite and professional. He checked our main roof both back and front. Whilst the main issue was with the roof at the front of the house. He explained what and where the issues were. The quote he gave was reasonable for a complete roof replacement. James and his crew worked flatout to strip down and replace tiles, felt, battons and insulation of a two story Terrenced house over a two day period including cleanup. Great job i would consider using them again.
My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. I also have a large labour resource to carry out even the bigger jobs.

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website.
