Considering changing my review. Despite giving long term warranty on his work, Jake hasn't returned to ensure my roof is water tight. After many months of chasing he still has not committed to sort a leak he is paid for. Reliable??

What happened to warranty? Still with roof leak for roof repair I paid Jake to ensure my roof is water tight. Roof started leaking within few weeks. Was very patient for many months as he said his van was broken. Looks he was back with van but can't be bothered to get in touch. Contacting him again, still no commitment. He tells me he's not in my area. Surely I should be priority since already paid for the work? Btw this is 7 years warranty. No I will not recommend Jake. Disappointed.
