Very efficient, friendly and did a thorough job. Would definitely contact them again if I had any other plumbing issues in the future.
Bathroom Installation
He turned up to have looked the job, with out my permission, without giving the price first, he did half an hour work, which did not repair the taps. I paid him £95 cash as he requested. I think it is a total rip offs. As I paid £95 for nothing.

Any plumber would give a price first before doing the job.

Quick and simple
Radiator
Seemed expensive for the bit of work done. Leak not repaired, just tightened the joint and is still leaking, not prepared to use again at the rates we paid to deal with the leak. Radiator off fine, but again slight drip left with that.

Hi Linda, I charged £180.00 for the removal of the radiator & the investigation of a leak in your loft. Upon inspection the central heating fitting on the pipework was slightly weeping. I tightened it up and made sure it was dry before I left which was also verified and checked by yourselves. I explained this would be a cheaper alternative than draining down and replacing the connection as this comes with extra time/labour I openly explained that if the leak did start again to call me and I would come back.

Responded and came out the next day, bang on the time he said. Very reasonable quote, work done quickly, and he explained what he was doing. First class service. Highly recommend.
