So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. We have a professional job completed to time and under budget and I have no issues in recommending Jay and his team if you require a professional roofer.

Really pleased! Jay turned up on time, friendly and polite, and completed the job then and there (inserting a vent tile into a slate roof). Worked super-quickly, very happy with the job all round. 100% recommended from our experience - we’ll be using Jay again for future roofing jobs.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Jay did a great job - replacing some cast iron guttering at the front of my property. Jay communicated very clearly and regularly. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would strongly recommend Jay and his team.
