Lee and his team have undertaken many projects for us. Initially we employed him to do a bathroom refurb. But the time they left. They have replaced and reconfigured 2 bathrooms. Plastered 2 bedrooms. Refurbed utility room and replaced the kitchen. They have also built an outside shelter too. We would not consider anyone else to take on our large building jobs to the smallest. Lee and his team are great to have around. Happy and friendly. Nothing is a problem and they always find a solution.
I have used Lee for over 10 years in both rental properties and my own house, ranging from minor maintenance to back to brick renovations and always been happy with the services provided, the work being completed promptly and at a fair price. Thoroughly recommended!

Months after work should have finished still not right and loads of promises to fix them a no show but was paid in full. Not happy as got to pay another person to put right what I've paid for..
Bathroom Installation
A great job by Lee and the team. I was a bit apprehensive about changing to just a shower only (from bath/shower) but the final result looks great. Lee and the guys were really professional and approachable, happy to accommodate some last minute additions we wanted (spot lights and LED cabinet fitting). I particularly liked Lee's spreadsheet of charges he provided, made it really transparent at each stage of payment so no there are no surprises. Definitely will use LV Construction again.
