Turned when promised, gave an estimate of how long the job would take (which was correct). Added an extra isolation valve at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend.

What should have been straight forward has been forward as I got parts is a disaster. We are no better off but now have to fix ourselves . £120 out of pocket as well. Promises a lot and is very affable but never turned up as promised and had to be constantly chased,

Nothing actually done despite two visits in a week. We'll have to fix ourselves. Paid £120 as I thought work had been finished but it failed shortly after he left first time. Promised the world, never turned up at agreed time.

Came same day and fixed the leak on the shower cubicle. Sorted ????
