We chose Timber Box Sash Windows to double glaze our sash windows after Andrew came out and surveyed, then followed up with a really decent quote. We got the work done in two phases and both times were really hassle free with the joiners turning up on time and getting on with the job. A real pleasure whilst they were here, very polite and friendly. It’s good to have the same person that surveyed the job actually carry out the work as well, makes for a really smooth process.

Great service and very quick turnaround from Andrew and the team, they have just finished refurbishing our windows we are delighted with the finished look. We got three quotes but Andrews survey at the beginning stood out for us as he clearly knows his stuff when it comes to sash windows. Wooden Casement Window
Andrew is very pleasant and knows his trade. However he has not turned up for a number of appointments and has not been contactable. I am still waiting for the job to be completed and I originally got the quote from him in February.
