Joe did a great job. Arrived when he said he would and finished the work for less than quoted. Would recommend.

Sadly I've had to change my rating as I'd no longer recommend. While this initial job was done well, I then contracted Joe to lay some laminate flooring in the same room. After buying (and charging me for) enough beading to cover all the edges of the room, he left without laying it all and took the rest with him so I couldn't even do it myself. Aside from that, there were other issues with the floor. Tried to get him to come back several times but doesn't show up when agreed and is ignoring my calls.

After arranging a visit at least 3 to 4 times, they never turned up. I kept asking if they were still interested, response was yet another time when they will come. Joe doesn't even pick up calls, I understand sometimes he cannot if he is in the middle of a job, but my calls were not retuned too. Extremely unhappy customer..

Joe from STRIDING EDGE kept me updated on his delayed arrival due to finishing another job. He and another man did a good job on the brick post adjoining the front garden wall.

Excellent, the team from Edge, after a bit of a traffic delay, came in and completed the work very quickly and thoroughly.
