Terry is very diligent in his work, he did have problems in this area as some of the screws etc were not available in screwfix and if I had chosen red roof tiles he would've had to travel to North Shields to get them. He's done a good job of the canopy over the front door, the photo of the one he took down was rotten inside, water was getting in.It was black and mouldy inside. So with delays it took two days to fix it all, he did some pointing as well and guttering. However he left all the rubbish for us.

What a shame, the quality of the work looked fantastic when it was completed. 2 weeks later it all started to fail as they had cut corners. Using the wrong equipment and products to complete the job. They used nails instead of screws to a depth of 2cm into mortar as they couldn’t be bothered to use and SDS drill and go into the brickwork. Having called 5 times, left message, text 25 times even calling from other numbers making up fake jobs to try get him to answer the phone, (which he did do) AVOID
