I recently hired Dan to do a number of tasks at my house including painting the kids bedroom (all the wood, radiator walls and doors), fix the lock on our back gate and switch out an extractor fan. He got the whole lot done in good time to a high standard. I’ll be using Dan again to build a bed and put some shelves up. If you have any tasks around the house I’d highly recommend Dan.
Dan has managed my HMO in South West London since early 2022, dealing with many aspects of maintenance himself, including: gardening, painting and decorating, adjusting and repairing fire door self-closers, changing door lock barrels and many other tasks. I have a really good working relationship with Dan and would recommend him highly.
I’ve used Dan since 2018 to manage a portfolio of rental properties in South West London. In that time Dan has undertaken loads of property maintenance tasks including, installing washing machines, replacing door locks, fixing radiators, TRV’s, mouse proofing, replacing electric sockets and switches and a whole lot more. I used Dan to manage one of my rentals in South East London. Dan undertook a number of property maintenance tasks including; Investigation and fixing a bathroom leak, rear door lock fix / replacement, flat pack installs and painting (walls and ceilings). These jobs were all managed from start to finish which made life so much easier for me.
