Never contacted my father-in-law as requested, only via the chat, even though prompted many times. That doesn't give me any confidence that I can trust, I'm afraid.
Agreed to do the work and quoted a daily rate and start date, then before starting work advise that the job was too much for him and he would need to bring a friend. Arrived on the day and advised that his friends day rate was £40.00 more than we agreed. However we decided to go ahead and they completed the job (replacement of most radiators in the house). They did a good job and we paid them but they left without giving us a receipt, All subsequent contact from us went unanswered.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. We are new to this platform, hence the revews :) We pride ourselves in providing fair quotes and being professional and efficient Our skills range from cleaning roofs, gutters cleaning, pavement, building fences, gardening and landscaping, annex or conservatory building, house demolition or clearance, rubbish collection and disposal, to any type of interior jobs, such as: fitting, carpentry (first fix and second fix), dry lining, flooring, painting, studwork (metal or wood), tiling, bathroom and kitchen fitting and so on. There’s no job too big or too small!
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

We chose Timber Box Sash Windows to double glaze our sash windows after Andrew came out and surveyed, then followed up with a really decent quote. We got the work done in two phases and both times were really hassle free with the joiners turning up on time and getting on with the job. They were a real pleasure whilst they were here. Very polite and friendly. It’s good to have the same person that surveyed the job actually carry out the work as well, makes for a really smooth process.
