Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.

They half finished job by put down the carpet and only secured 1 section and then got paid left when I checked they accused me of removing the pins in carpet section that was loose and said they'd come back and check and never returned... if you carefully inspect work

As well as decorating Szilard has moved sockets, light fittings, fixed shower screens, re-configured wardrobes to name but a few additional jobs that have arisen along the way.
