I am a highly experienced builder which specializes in Bricklaying, bathroom tiling, floor and wall, garden tiling, stone and marble tiling but also have expertise in painting decorations.
The job was quoted and completed on the same day. I did have another quote that was a little less, however the timing was urgent and tile searching took too long. Neli did the job the same day and to be honest the larger tiles work better than smaller ones.

Had a very positive with Mark and the Unique Lofts team for our loft conversion. I would highly recommend them. Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

In 2022, Sonny did an excellent job repairing the roof. In 2023, his team replaced the entire roof and the shed roof, sealed an area of flat roof, replaced guttering and down pipes, and repainted the outside of the windows. Despite the dust, they were a pleasure to have around!
