Neil clearly explained everything step by step so that I was fully aware of the process. Neil and Craig were always cheerful and helpful. I was kept informed at every stage of the works and they often checked that everything was to my satisfaction. Neil’s problem-solving skills are second to none. Sadly I've had to change my rating as I'd no longer recommend. While this initial job was done well, I then contracted Joe to lay some laminate flooring in the same room. After buying (and charging me for) enough beading to cover all the edges of the room, he left without laying it all and took the rest with him so I couldn't even do it myself. Aside from that, there were other issues with the floor. Tried to get him to come back several times but doesn't show up when agreed and is ignoring my calls.
